You can buy a HID light kit, but they are expensive. They are also not that easy to install, I suggest a Professional shop unless your very confident in your ability.

From Toyota Dealer, of course it will be expensive, why don't you try on eBay, you may find it cheaper. Try scrapyard, sometimes you find spares from accident-ed cars on very reasonable prices.
