Default How many miles will my car last?

It's a '99 toyota 4runner















Currently has 150K miles















Just replaced 02 sensor and catalytic converter















I change the oil regularly















The caty cost 400 and the sensor 350

I have a 98 thats nearing 200K, we needed to replace the transission recently, but now it runs fine

o2 sens. and caty converter are nothing.. and i hope you didnt pay for the caty.. those oughta be free to replace.































but its a toyota, so i have to honestly say i hope it doesnt last another mile...however, if you follow your owner's manual., theres no reason it shouldn't last you another 10 years.

You'll never know the answer to that until it gets drug off to the junk yard. Hopefully not for a long, long time. Good care will help to ensure a long life.

Hmmm... as long as you maintain your car properly, i think it has more miles in its wheels than you can expect.

at least 250,000 if properly maintained. synthetic oil every 5,000-6,000 miles. replacing all filters, spark plugs, etc.

I have seen 4-runners last 350,000 if maintained properly and taken care of.
