In the generation of Tundra that the 2006 was built, the limited model was the only model available with power seats. I'll be frank with you though, the manual seats are more flexible in adjustments than the power seats. The power seat has about 2 inches less travel backward (if you are taller the manual seat will give you more legroom) and the manual seat still has a height adjustment as well.
Personally, the manual seats in the 2006 Tundra are more flexible and comfortable, but ultimately it is your choice.
So in answer to your question, the SR5 model in the 2006 Tundra does not have or offer power seats.
