As it is a Toyota, probably not. get a newer vehicle.

and i think it is a good time to buy as the dealers are struggling for sales, so you might get to knock the price down on some ccars =)

yes Toyota's are great car when it comes to reliability, but having your car almost 15 years old any car will start to wear down. right now is a great time to buy. The new camry is fantastic, but consider the honda accord which to me looks better. If a new car is too expensive then a certified used car is as good. It comes with a new warranty on the car. it normally lasts 3-4 years. when buying a certified car or any used car consider the resale value, so that after the warranty is up then you could the car for around 10 grand. Check out the 2006 acura tl.there;s great deals for it now. My friend just bought one for 17000. He loves it! it has a great stereo.5.1 surround sound. it was the first car to come out with it. it sounds great, just like if u were in a concert.

hope this helps matt

Now is the time to buy!

I have owned (3) Honda Accords and (5) Toyota 4Runners, and I loved each one more than the last. The only reason for trading up was due to launching of the newer body styles... not a single issue with any one vehicle.

You can never go wrong when buying Honda/Acura or Toyota and, more than likely, you will receive a hellish discount right now.
