Default Toyota 94 Corolla, 1.6L?
i have a 94 toyota corolla (1.6L). My car doesnt start, i think because of my temperature coolant sensor (TCS) has broken. But i am not sure, so if anyone knows about that please let me know.















If TCS broke, what happens, does the check engine light turn on? Does the car start? Also does the car spend more gasoline when TCS breaks? How to know if the TCS is broken or not? My car spends gasoline more than twice its normally spend, i dont know, why does it?































Please answer all of my question,

the efi temp sensor can cause fuel consumption if it is out of range but generally not a no start. does it crank over? every engine needs 4 things to start and run; fuel, spark, compression and timing. If your Corolla doesnt start and run, it is missing at least one of those, You need to find out which by a process of elimination--checking for spark, fuel pressure, cam timing etc. If you do not have the tools or the know how for this, guessing can get more expensive than if you take it in to a pro. Just like i tell my younger guys, there are no easy shortcuts. Do the legwork(testing). Find out what is good to get to the bad. Good Luck--SB
