Will lifting my truck void my waranty on it and will it be safe?

Default Will lifting my truck void my waranty on it and will it be safe?
My dad wants to get me a 2008 toyota tundra. I want to raise it between 4"-6". Will this void my waranty with the delership and will it be safe because some people say lifting a truck does not make it any more dangerous and some people say it is? any thoughts?

yes it will void your warranty and yes it can be a bit more tippy once you raise it. But you can get tire spacers or off set rims to stop that from happening

Yes it will most likely void all or most of your warranty. It also makes the car more dangerous/prone to mechanical problems associated with the lift and rolling over.































Unless you're planning on using you brand new truck to be regularly operated in uneven, offroad terrain, don't do it. It's expensive and hokey.

Warranty voided and the truck will handle like a PIG on pavement because you will have thrown the centre of gravity off by raising it 4''-6'' above where the designers intended it to be for ''safe'' handling.

Yes mit will void and be dangerous as it s frame is nade for its height. Get 31" super swampers and will look good and at the highest clearamnce of akll trucks already will be more stable.

warranty will be void but do it. the tundras look 50x better with lifts. i would go wit a 3 or 4 as opposed to a 6. they look sick with a 3 inch front lift and some 35's. and u better be thankin ur dad a **** load. thats a hefty investment. good luck bro
