I am assuming the others are working. You didnt mention if it was 4 cylinder or a 3 liter (6). I will guess a 22RE. Some had a little issue in the wiring harness with corrosion. The injectors were spliced together in groups of two and they used a brass crimp located at the low spot of the harness as it looped over to the fender apron on the front passenger side. Water would sometimes get into the plastic sleeve and end up right at this low spot, causing the connection for the injectors to corrode. It needs to be checked. If the problem started just after the motor swap, then a broken wire is possible, esp if the harness was twisted and pulled during installation. For that you'll need to do a continuity check between the injector and computer to find the break. Good Luck--T&T
