do I have to change the plugs also after 20000km

NO, Toyota uses platinum plugs which are good for about 140,000 km. Look in the service section of your owners manual packet, it outlines the complete service schedule, what to do when. Your Toyota dealer follows this schedule.

no, just follow the recommend service and thats it. theres no such thing as engine tune ups anymore cars adjust everything electrnicly not like before when you get carbs re adjusted and so on.
