The FJ Cruiser will have the best fuel economy and reliability by far, and it's the best choice for off-roading (except for Jeeps and Land Rovers). However, it is also boring to drive (as are most Toyota's), is the smallest, and just plain looks goofy.
The Tahoe is huge, and will have the most passenger/cargo space of the bunch. Also Chevy (and GM in general) reliability has, in my experience, been better than Ford reliability. It iwll have the most engine power, and be more fun than the FJ. However, it has the worst fuel economy (considering it's the biggest), and not be as good for going off the road. It will have the best towing and cargo/passenger weight capacity though.
The Ford will be in the middle in terms of size and fuel economy. It won't be as big as the Tahoe, but will definitely have more room than the FJ. I'm not sure about Ford's reliability lately, but from experience it's worse than both Toyota's and GM/Chevy's. It will be more fun to drive than the Toyota though.
