Infinity or JL Audio would be my choice. The speaker don't have the power, it's all in the head unit and or amp.

Polk or Bose but you cannot just change speakers as they are amped and you need converter at head unit to use different speakers. Avalon has JBL which is good as above so why change unless you want to change whole system which is a good system as is.

alot of the Avalon's came with a bose sound system. you might want to look into Bose because they will probably have speakers for your car. Which is nice because then you wont have to worry about mounting brakets.
