Either the valve timing is wrong on that side or the valves are bent because the valve timing was wrong. At any rate, you will have to look inside- either with a borescope or take the head off. You can get a video borescope at HomeDepot for $250. You can have a shop remove and replace the head for about $1000. Repairing the valves will be extra. I think the valve timing is off, is most likely.
