97 tercel with idle code?

Default 97 tercel with idle code?
i scanned my car and it said control. so now when i start up sometimes its hard to start and idles really rough at first also my drive belt squeaks but its not loose. so what should i do about my idle sensor if thats what it is and my belt

Common problem with Toyota vehicles is the Idle Air Control valve fails causing a P0505 code. Replace the Idle Air Control Valve and clear the code. The belts squeaking are unrelated.
