Default whats wrong with my 1991 mr2?
i have a 1991 mr2 turbo but for some reason i cant go over 5000 rpms whats the problem? spark plugs?















it just wont let me go over 5000 rpms...















good question i just bought the car its not going to be easy getting ahold of the guy its from japan it shouldnt matter for the reason that its right hand drive right?















ohh and if it is governed how can i remove that? thanks

Have you gotten it over 5k rpm before? Is it governed?

it probably is the rev limiter,not sure you can change it its controled by computer and distributor
