I wouldn't hold my breath. Toyota has drastically reduced production on all of their models. With a limited amount of production reducing inventories, Toyota has less and less reason to INCREASE incentives and in all likelihood, I would expect to see them starting to reduce them from their current levels.
In the 16+ years of working with Toyota, this is the greatest incentive level I have EVER seen on the Corolla (Toyota does not usually heavility incentivise this vehicle to keep re-sale values high).
You can choose to do what you want, but I would not expect significantly better programs that those currently in place.
