You can't get the answer you need here. You need to join Supra forums and spend several months reading and learning from those who have done.
If you can't afford an engine, I doubt you can afford a decent turbo and the supporting mods required to make it run and last. Even if that engine can handle that, you could easily spend $5000-$7000 for the parts do do a decent turbo conversion.
