I can't find my fuse box in my 2004 Toyota Corolla? help!?

Default I can't find my fuse box in my 2004 Toyota Corolla? help!?
I found the one next to the engine. I need to locate the other one under the dash above the brake. All that's there is a jack for a plug when they do a diagnostic on the car. I reached way under and I don't feel any other compartments or anything but wires. I need the box that has all the "inside" fuses.

It is upside down and tucked deep under the driver's side dash. Be sure to leave a flashlight in the glove box and a fuse puller tool or small pair of needle nose pliers for mini bladed fuses because they are impossible to see and pull by hand even in daylight. Removing the left storage tray helps (open, lift up and then out).
