With any of the Toyota vehicles with VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) there is a fairly complex computer that works together with the steering-wheel sensor (what direction you're steering), ABS sensors, wheel-speed sensors and what amounts to a gyroscope to sense what direction the vehicle itself is moving in relation to all of the above. When you changed the suspension, you may have interfered with one or more of those sensors. (If you ever change the size of the wheels/tires overall diamater, it will disable the system altogether from my understanding.)
I might recommend that you have the "code" checked at a "Pep Boys" or similar auto parts store to see what is the issue and see if you can get that specific issue addressed.
