the truck might be to sophisticated for the average do it yourselfer to tackle and/or they can't break the information down to a level that the DIY person can understand, OR toyota won't let them make a book for it.

They are available for professionals but you can get all the info you want on it for $20.00 plus diagnostics and locations of parts and price and labor breakdowns at http://www.alldatadyi.com 1st car cost $20.00 and less the more you buy, has trouble codes and is much easier to use than a manual. And has wireing diagrams and more. The toy is from Japan and with the emmison laws it's to easy to get sued by the envriomental wacko goverment.
