Buy the Toyota Tundra. I have a 2008 Tundra and its awesome, mine isn't black but I've seen the black ones and they look great, they look even better with a 4-6" lift and offroad tires though.
I have a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD 4x4 with the 4.0L Straight 6 engine in it and its been an excellent vehicle, very reliable, good gas mileage, and currently sitting at 198,957 miles on it.
I don't recommend any of the new Jeeps though, as they've done away with the Straight 6 engine and as a result the fuel economy has gone down hill. Don't buy one with a V8 either, those engines put too much stress on the transmissions and as a result you end up spending tons of money on transmission repairs.
The Toyota Tundra is built in the US about 90% of the truck is American parts, the other 10% is still Japanese Toyota Parts, but the engine and transmission are built in the US.
The new Jeeps are built from foreign components and only about 60% is US parts.
