How do I replace the passenger mirror on a 2005 Toyota Sienna?

Default How do I replace the passenger mirror on a 2005 Toyota Sienna?
Do I need to remove the door panel? If so how can I do that without breaking any parts on the door panel?

you should be able to do it without removing panel,unclip triangle plastic piece at corner or door and there should be three screws holding mirror to door and a wire plug. ???? if your new mirror has a 6-12inch wire harness on it you will need to remove door panel
