Default 2004 Corolla LE oil capacity?
I lost my owners manual and I need an oil and filter change. I remember that it wasn't an even quart amount but how much was it?

a v6 engine takes 4.3 litres with a filter change try 2litres give it time to run down if not full add a bit at a time

All Corollas in the States come with 4 cylinder engines so I don't know what Natasha is referring to. You need to buy 4 quarts of oil; yes it takes slightly less than that but it also depends on the filter that you get. I used to put an over-sized one on mine since I thought, why not? Same price and more filtration. So put in 3.5 quarts, run the engine a bit to fill the filter and then bring it up to the full mark.
