There is no right or wrong answer until we know what the car is going to be used for. All out power and near no street drivability, a T88 turbo which will reach full spool at about 6200 rpm's. For daily driving a mid size like a GT35ish size for all around performance, and for intercooler just find one with the HP goal in mind. If you want 600 hp, get a 800 hp intercooler.
