Default Is the Toyota Rav4 considered a vehicle just for women?
I don't mean any offence BTW. I've just noticed that a lot of younger women drive Rav4's around my area. I'm in the market for a new vehicle that's good on gas, but I'm not really a fan of cars since they sit so low and aren't as safe as trucks and SUV's. I'm 6'5" so leg room is a big must. Would a Rav4 be too small for me?

Definitely a chick's choice.































Compact Crossover SUV + "good on gas" = Honda CR-V































NHTSA 5 star for all frontal/side impact and rollover.































No legroom / headroom problem in RAV4 / CR-V, since both offer fully adjustable seats.

The only way you will know for sure to drive one to see if you fit well in it. It and the Subaru Forester are highly rated. the 2009 model has a bit more horsepower and might be ever so slightly longer.































Consumer Reports has a good write-up on it. Check it out at the library if you don't subscribe.

My wife drives a RAV4 and occasionally I do too.I am 6' tall and my biggest concern is to get behind the wheel.....seat must be fully pushed back and lowered in order to allow me take the drivers seat.















My right leg during driving is positioned in a tight formation do to small legroom.So like a long trip(1500 km) would kill my knees.















RAV4 is roomy,peppy for asian folks or short version caucasians.















If you're tall buy a larger car.
