I laugh at every Celica I see and laugh even more at every wannabe ricer. Then again, I have yet to see one that could be of any competition to my 1987 Mazda RX-7.
You do get some points for choosing a manual transmission though. Honestly, any car that has its focus on being 'pimped out' has taken the focus off of being in proper running condition, so you probably should be wary of it. Remember the car buying rules and you should be fine.
The ZZ230/231 Celicas (2000-05 ones) are emasculated when compared to the ST185 and ST205 Celica GT-Four/All-trac turbo. There's just no comparison between a firebreathing 4wd ST185 and the fast and furious wannabe thing called the ZZT230/231
Nah. I don't think it is. I own one myself. Its not "pimped out" I dont have it for raceing but it gets from point A to point B. And besides that you see alot of men riding around in hatchbacks and mini vans so no sweat.
