Default I got a 92 toyota 22RE pickup, with 205,000 miles and was gonna change the oil today.
any suggestions? Looking for performance/as well as making it easy on the engine

Good idea, just change it and make a habit to change oil and filter every 4000 miles. Check with the shopkeeper which oil will be suitable for your vehicle.

don't run it with out oil change 3 or 4000 miles last you 4 ever

Change your oil with a "high mileage" engine oil. You have over 200k on it and you want to put some good quality engine oil in it. Valvoline Max Life engine oil has additives in the oil that help condition the engine oil seals and helps prevent oil leaks/consumption. Use 5w30. You will need to buy 5 qts. Your truck only holds 4.5 qts however.
