Its simple get your compatible phone and push the talk button and listen to the instructions. It tells you step by stop. Just make sure you are stopped while doing this

if you have a built in navigation with blue tooth it should automatically connect and on the screen it should say blue tooth connection successful.

(some cell phones can transfer your entire phonebook at once, some only one contact at a time, while some cannot transfer any contacts at all.)

Does it have? it is not standard. If it has you have to connect with device you are going to use.
