Did you also check your brake lights?
Even if all the lights work, you might have one that's going to fail soon. I went through this with my Camry a few months ago. The culprit was the center-mounted brake light on the shelf behind the back seat; the light was still working, but when I pulled it out, it was severely darkened and that's the sign of a bulb that is near the end of its life. I put in a new bulb, and the warning light disappeared.
