Batteries do not like cold thus overall battery life will be greatly reduced. It will only cost you about 6 grand to replace them. But at least you are saving the planet and keeping enough fuel around so Al Gore can fly his private jet all over the place.















Don't forget you have to pay extra to have that battery disposed of in a hazerdous waste dump. They forgot to mention that when you bought the car right ?

The Camry Hybrid should work fine as long as you have an engine block heater installed. You might want to ask a Toyota dealer in Fairbanks or Anchorage if they can install one for you if you don't have one already.































The CNC guy is completely ignorant of the Camry Hybrid or any hybrids for that matter. The Camry Hybrid battery is covered by warranty for 8 years / 100,000 miles, free replacement for failures under warranty (which is virtually unheard of.) And Toyota pays you a $200 bounty to return the battery pack to any dealership for recycling.

The Toyota Dealer in Fairbanks is Auto Service Company at 907-456-6217. People drive the Prius in Fairbanks with no problem.
