2009 corolla s tuning help?

i just recently bought a 4 cylinder automatic 09 corolla S. i know it's supposed to be a practical economic commuter car and all that, but i'm trying to add a little more hp. i was just wondering if adding a cold air intake system and a dual exhaust will damage the engine somehow or overload the stock computer of the car.

anyone know if this would work, or if adding something else would be better?

I don't know, but if you do anything yourself, that will probably void their warranty.

The best thing you can do that wont void the warranty is to put an AEM or K&N CAI and a Catback exhaust from a name brand company (magnaflow, flowmaster, greddy, etc.) It wont damage the car anyway or void the warranty and the car will gain 10-15 hp too. The computer will not be "overloaded" or anything it will compensate for the extra intake air and less ehaust restriction with the catback and will give the extra power. Once you start doing things like a turbo then your warranty is void.
