Default What are the main differences between a "TOYOTA MR2 ZZW30R SPYDER" and a "TOYOTA MR2 ZZW30R S2
SPYDER"? I am planning to buy an MR2 soon but looking through the cars at www.carpoint.com.au I noticed that the MR2 models of year 2002 to 2005 have the extra "S2" or even "S2 TTR". What differences does that make to the car?

Good question.















The S2 refers to the trim specification.















The levels were 'B', 'Standard'&'S'.















S2 is simply the 2nd generation of that specific trim.















The 'S' trim level included power windows, locks, mirrors, AM/FM/CD radio, cloth seats, tilt steering wheel, and alloy wheels.































As for the 'TTR' it stands for 'Toyota Team Racing'.















The TTR Limited Edition MR2 Spyder has the additional features of black leather interior trim, air conditioning and TTR emblem.
