2003 Toyota Camry Le.. the car's engine is making a ticking niose.?

. i did research and i found out the problem... the problem is the valvs are ticking there is a video of my problem on youtube.com type valves ticking.. its a VVT-I 4-Cylnder.. will the problem be a big repair or can you just like get somting tited up in the engine please coomment back

It could be if you find a shop that is not familiar with this repair problem and they take half of the day. Take it to a place that specializes in Toyota or Lexus. My friend went to a cheap place to fix his calipers on his Audi S4 and now he is paying for it because he went the wrong direction. It should only cost an hour labor to fix the problem.

This should be a simple valve adjustment. Take it to any reputable mechanic and have him perform this simple fix and the noise should disappear. I am intrigued, though, because supposedly Toyota engines are equipped with self-adjusting tappets (the little risers that go up and down in a running engine), so it could be a broken valve too, which is NOT such a simple fix, but once it is fixed and $$$paid$$$ for, the engine should be back to normal and purring away. You could also take it to a dealer if you don't have any relaible mechanics around where you are, but they will not only charge you a higher rate for the fix, but will recommend a lot of other things. Caveat emptor, my friend ("Buyer Beware!")
