No. The 2JZ is an inline 6 and it is designed for a rear wheel drive car- meaning the engine sits straight in in the car. A Celica is front wheel drive so the engine sits sideways. The engine bay is too small to fit a 2JZ in it.

I haven't seen anyone put one in, and the engine bay is too cramped for it. A 3SGTE is probably more feasible.
