Toyota Corolla Type S vs. Toyota Celica?

me and my buddie Ahmad are arguing if the interior of these 2 cars are the same. He thinks that the Celica has less room than the Corolla type S. Is this true or not true?

The Celica is tighter; have had both.

For the past 25 years. . . .heck for past 30 years or more, the Celica has ALWAYS had less room in it. Mostly from the back seat area, if you can call it a back seat. Celica is a sports car, that says it all. Even Mustang sports cars are pretty skimpy with back seat room---you can sit in them, but not for more than an hour. Don't try taking a trip from back seat, you'll end up like Quasimodo, with a hunched back.

So for decades now, the celica is always the tighter fit. Probably also little tighter in front seat, because, again, it's sold as a sports car, and a tighter fit makes you feel like it's very sporty.

well.

both are not same. different design. but some plastic are same.

yes, celica is 2 door but enough room for 2 adults in front seats and less room in rear seats but has lot of cargo room

corolla has enough room for all 4-5 adults and small cargo room.

celica

- sharp handling

- it's a sporty

- look good

- faster

- interior looks nice.

- fun to drive

corolla

- awkward handling

- it's not a sporty

- look nice but ceilca's look is better

- slow

- boring interior

- feel boring to drive.

+++ last longer than celica.
