Is the Toyota Paseo Any Good? Or a '94 Tercel?

Default Is the Toyota Paseo Any Good? Or a '94 Tercel?
PASEO:















It doesnt say what year but lets assume that its a '92-'93.















it has 220K on it!















$900.















Supposedly it "runs excellent, and very fun to drive" also, "new clutch"































TERCEL:















'94, 180K miles, 4sp automatic. "runs excellent" and "no mechanical problems"















$1000































This would be my 1st car.















What do you think?















Worth the money?

Excuse me, the Tercel is 4sp stick shift.

The Paseo was based on the Tercel, so they are basically the same car, just different designs.































Either one would be a good first car, but you might want to check with your insurance company as the Paseo may cost more to insure than the Tercel.
