i cant find where's the dipstick to drain the transmittion fluid on my 2206 toyota...

Default i cant find where's the dipstick to drain the transmittion fluid on my 2206 toyota...

Many don't have drain plugs. You have to remove the pan to drain it and replace the filter and gasket at the same time. You will also not be able to get 100% of the fluid out unless its hooked up to a machine that flushes the fluid out.

there is no dipstick. the transmission is considered maintenance free.















to check the fluid you have to bring to operating temperature, and check fluid level through one of the two drain plugs on the transmission pan. i would advise you to take to a toyota certified technician for proper service.
