For the best answer to your question, you could go to tirerack.com and input your make, year, model and search for all-season tires.
If your car has 185/70-14 tires (original equipment on '91 Camry 4-cyls), they only list seven in all all-season categories for tires in that size, and Michelin isn't one of them. Among those that are listed, I have chosen Yokohama AVIDs for the family car and am very pleased with them, although you need to take into account that we live in Southern California, so snow experience is not a factor in that advice.
The ones with the best snow traction rating are the Kumho Solus KR21s and the Pirelli P4 4-Seasons. I have had good service from Kumhos and they are bargain priced. I have had some bad experiences with Pirellis in the past and would not buy them again.
We have the Yokohama AVID T4s in "plus one-half" (up one size in width, down one size in aspect ratio - to maintain your rolling circumference and keep your speedometer and odometer accurate) which would be 215/60-14s for your car. That'd give you more rubber on the road, look better, and help protect your wheel rims from the curb.
