landcruiser brake booster?

Default landcruiser brake booster?
i have a hard brake pedal and limited braking force, i have checked the booster for leaks and found none all the lines seem clear and intact without leaks all pads are new check valve seems to be in good operation, master cylinder is not leaking. what to do now im lost for ideas its a 60 series landcruiser PLEASE HELP BEFORE I KILL SOMEONE ON THE ROAD

There is a plastic one way valve that you should also check.It goes from the manifold to the booster...Make sure it is working properly.If all that checks out you may have a brake caliper that is frozen.This will give you that rock hard feeling with no brakes.You may also need to adjust the rear drums.Even though they are self adjusting(parking brake does this for you) it may be necessary to do it it by hand.Lots of luck with your fj60!

bodgy, try replacing the lines, i know people who have done so with ss braided lines and claims noticeable better feel and less fade. i'd check on what type of pads you are using too, the best pads for a toyota will still be the oem pads unless of course you have an aftermarket brake system.
