Default AM radio on 1991 MR2 turbo just went virtually silent.?
Everything else is great on this stereo (factory OEM) radio/CD system. Just today however, the AM radio was virtually soundless. When I turn it up all the way, I can her the voices and music barely. FM and Cd's work great. Had this car 8 years and no problems like this.

try to check the aerial connection it could be corroded.
