If it's a 2009, why do you care? Take it to a dealer and have them fix it. Your car is still under the factory warranty, unless you've driven more than 36,000 miles already.

I also have an 09 corolla. The sterring does not vibrate in mine. I suggest that you take it to the dealer so that they can fix it. The only thing is if you hit a curb or something and knocked it out of whack then you are responsible for getting it fixed.

if it only happens at high speeds, its probably because your front wheels are out of balance. take it into the dealer since its still on warranty

are the Wheels hot when you get out the car? if yes, bad caliper, but doubt since its a 09. check when you drink for a while......warped rotors?
