I have that problem as well. Its the lock cylinder. Sometimes the key pins are stuck. As the car ages the lock clinder will go. You can try to wiggle it until it works, but after I suggest you put some graphite powder for keys into the lock cylinder. Do not use w40 as that will dry up and cause more problems. You can also use lithium grease. I use graphite and it does help. If it keeps happening I would get a lock cylinder for your vehicle and then take it to a locksmith and ask them to rekey it to your keys so you will not have to replace all the doors with new keys.
