Default Two questions about my Toyota Corolla?
Hey I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla and there's two things about it that really drive me crazy and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.































First of all, how the hell do you turn off the damn seat belt alarm, that thing is the most annoying thing in the world!































And second, is there any way to turn off the lights if your just chilling in the car. Like if you manually turn them off with the switch on the steering wheel, they just stay on.

first of all are you wearing your seat belt? If you aren't that may be why the alarm is coming on. and as for the light you might check your fuses and wiring to see if they are faulty.

Wear the seat belt to turn alarm off.































Have your light switch checked, there may be wiring or ground issues.

There is a procedure to turn off the seat belt alert, but you have to find it online. And as far as the headlights, Toyota's headlights are always on when you are driving. If you park and don't put the car in drive the lights should stay off, but if you park and then put the gear into park, the headlights will be on still until you turn off the car and then it back on. Also, toyota corolla have light sensors that automatically turn on the headlights when it is dark. Its a feature so that you will not forget to turn them on when driving at night time.
