How do I replace a license plate light in a '97 Toyota Camry?

Default How do I replace a license plate light in a '97 Toyota Camry?
A '97 Toyota Camry, does the outside lens come out somehow?, or do I do it from the inside of the trunk? If from the inside do I have to remove that cumbersome trunk lining to access the light?, and how do I get it out? Any idea on what kind of light? That's a lot of questions. Tom

most ive seen just a plastic cover pops out by a small screwdriver and pull old bulb could go by autozone maybe ask them many wil show you or do it for you

if there's a screw on the cover, then you can just screw it out, if none, then it is pop out. or better yet, consult the manual first before you force-break any plastic. if no manual available then you may search the web for online version of the manual.
