Default help with my 2005 Toyota Camry please!?
My 2005 toyota camry does not accelerate when I push on the gas. Car starts fine however the tachometer will not pass 2 and the car will not go any faster than about 20 MPH. Help please!!

low fuel pressure (clogged gas filter) or a clogged catalytic converter

see your air filter,how long has it been since you changed it?after that getthe code out(your engine light must be on)and this will help

I had the exact same problem and you know what, the solution and answer is simple.... It's a Toyota. buy something american like a Chevy Malibu or a Ford Fusion.

it sounds like its an electrical problem to me first check throttle body sensor but possible transmission related

More info needed. Did you change your fuel filter? Use injector cleaner? Buy bad gas? Have brakes locked up (should be noise)?

I HAD A FORD TEMPO THAT DID THE SAME THING AS YOUR CAMRY!!! IT TURNED OUT TO BE A BAD CAPACITOR IN THE CARS COMPUTER SYSTEM!!
