It does sound like a tire psi indicator. That model uses the abs to "count" the revolutions of the tire, a tire that's low on pressure will have a different rolling diameter than a properly inflated tire, thus triggering the low pressure light. Due to the method used it will usually only trigger at higher speeds when the change in diameter is most prevalent. Once the tire pressure has been checked and corrected in all the tires you will need to reset the indicator. There is a small button on the left side of the dash panel printed with "reset". You must have the van turned off but the key in the "on" position. Press and hold the reset button until the psi light flashes 3 times. After that the pressure light should stay off.
