What is the maximum speed if it is upgraded?

depends how much money ya got and what the base car is...if its a 2.0turbo it really does depend on your wallet...if your looking for a 1/4 mile king then think more towards gearing rather that all out power. in the uk there are cars in the rally cross sieries that are only running 400bhp but they accelerate to 62mph in 1.4 seconds all cause of the gearing.

if its only a 2.0 n/a spec then not much more than 250bhp if its the 2.0t then as fast as your wallet will stretch

I agree with the Mr. S.

Maximum speed is relative. You could modify it to go 200 MPH+ if you had the money for it.

It would take a very long time to get there, but it's entirely possible. People break Records all the time on the Salt Flats in Utah. There's lots of classes.

Then you can make a Drag Car for (also lots of money) maximum speed and acceleration.

In short, the "Maximum" speed is only limited by how much money you're willing to spend!

But with basic bolt ons, maybe a Turbo Kit etc. I would say 150 - 160 is probably the upper limit of absolute balls to the wall limit. That's not to say it's safe at that speed or it won't take you a long time to get there lol.
