To be perfectly honest it doesn't really matter.































You can run either one with an Automatic or a Manual.































Each one has pros and cons, so it depends on what your application is, size of motor, ultimate goal etc.































So there's really no "This is better for an Automatic".































What car/truck are you thinking of going Forced Induction on?

You can't turbo or supercharge a transmission.

It depends on what car youre driving. technically speaking automatic trannys arent built to withstand a lot of power unless you put in a $30,000 transmission.... so you should look at a manual first or not bother because you will be running very low PSI and always worrying about whether it will kill your tranny this time...
