You're referring to the Dash.
The one that tells you your MPH is called the Speedometer, the other one as someone noted is the Tach.
They sell replacement kits for changing it to a White Face or Black Face or whatever. Some even change the colors on some of them.
But if you're looking to actually replace the Gauges with something else.... that gets really Expensive. Autometer is a great aftermarket gauge source but you would have to do all the wiring and mouting yourself. It would have to be all Custom.
Nothing wrong with a 1992 Camry, but I don't think it would be worth pouring that kind of money into lol.
You might be thinking about one of those oversized Tachs that people who upgrade their cars put in.
