Default Is $15k sticker price too much for a 2009 Corolla LE with 8k miles on it?
I am looking to buy a slightly used car soon and would like to know what I should expect for a 2009 Corolla LE with less than 10K miles. Is waiting until the end of the year a good time for better deals off sticker price? Or should I take a ok deal now if I find one?

Yes that is too much. Talk them down to $11,000- no more than $12,000- and get a warranty. We just bought a brand new 2010 LE corolla, loaded, for $14,800, and it had zero miles to start. You need to look for a new one if you're going to pay $15,000.
