Yes, it's all one piece.















I have a 1991 Corolla, with a bad fan speed lever. I have only been able to have the lowest of 3 fan speeds, and the 3rd speed highest keeps shorting out. Finally got the 3rd fan speed fixed but then discovered I'm supposed to have 4 speeds on fan!! Lever won't move all way over, something is in way inside the unit.































So in trying to work on control switch, you find that the whole heater and a/c module is about the size of a car radio. You have to unhook the wires, not just the electrical wires, but physical moving wires, which move when you adjust the temperature, and also the "inside air/outside air". You can go to junkyard and find similar truck and replace the whole module for about $35-50.
