well i owned a 93 Celia stick shift, they are really good if maintained properly, one problem i have encountered with Toyota's is that after 13 to 15 years of usage all the rubber parts start to fail, so make sure you change all your rubber parts including timing belt, water pump, struts, and engine mounts. I had issues with the electrical system, and the car just wouldn't start and there was rusting so i just junked it. if yours is a good condition maintenance is key. good luck.
